Contemporary Dance is the UK’s fastest growing art form. More than 4.8 million people regularly attend community dance groups each year in England alone.

Contemporary is great for losing weight, maintaining strong bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination and beating stress.

One of the best things about dancing is that while you’re having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you’re getting all the health benefits of a good workout.

These classes range from ages four all the way to adults. The adult classes don’t have a restriction on age and none of the classes have ability restrictions.

Children are required to wear the school’s uniform and adults are free to wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict movement.
