Aerial skills are not for the faint-hearted! It requires excellent core muscles and an adventurous attitude. This classes will be combined aerial hoop & aerial silk. Children will get to have a go on each throughout the lessons.
We aim to eventually have four stations within each class meaning we can have 12 students maximum in each class. However, we are only starting with two stations so we will only have limited spaces at the start to see how much interest and how popular the classes are! Please bear with us while we are getting set up! The equipment is all quite expensive!
The syllabus and teacher training qualification that is being followed is published and delivered by Spin City! We are excited to be able to offer you their wealth and years of knowledge!
The Hoop Bible has 434 pages of moves all categorised into beginner, intermediate and advanced.
These classes will be taught by Bryony & Charlie! Charlie is a qualified school teacher after attending University with Bryony and completing the same dance degree!
Recommended clothing is fitted clothing as you don’t want to get caught up in baggy clothing and preferably having most of the skin is covered. The apparatus can pull and leave marks and bruises so you want to limit this as much as possible.
Due to the expensive equipment and additional insurance needed for teaching these classes the fees are slightly higher than our other classes. However, they are still part of the multiple class discount which you can check out on important information page.
